This article is a short compendium of information regarding the return of goods in our store. Do I have the right to return the purchased goods?

Any person who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with Consumer rights has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This is regulated by the Act of 30.05.2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827). Withdrawal from the contract is free from the payment of any sum, i.e. compensation. The right to withdraw from the contract does not include, among others, goods made to the individual and personalized order of the Consumer.


Will I also receive a refund of the shipping costs incurred when returning the goods?

Generally, the answer is: YES - the seller is also obliged to refund the shipping costs incurred by the Consumer when purchasing them. However, you must remember that the seller is only obliged to refund the lowest amount of the shipping costs that were provided when the Consumer placed the order, i.e. if, for example, you chose cash on delivery, which is usually more expensive than the shipping cost calculated for payment in advance, the seller may limit the value of the refund to a lower amount, i.e. in this case to the amount that was provided for payment in advance (bank transfer, electronic payments, etc.). In our shop, we always refund the full cost of delivery incurred by the Consumer, regardless of the above. Even if you have chosen a more expensive form of delivery - you will receive a full refund in the event of withdrawal from the distance contract.


Who bears the cost of returning the goods?

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer, who returns the goods due to withdrawal from the distance contract. In the case of small and light goods, the matter is quite simple - you can send the purchased goods back, e.g. via Poczta Polska. If you want to return bulky goods, you can contact us in advance, we will help you minimize the costs of returning them, suggesting the cheapest way to do it, so as not to overpay for the transport service of such goods.


How to return purchased goods?

  • Check whether 14 calendar days have not passed since the date of delivery of the goods to you and whether you made the purchase as a private person or an entrepreneur making a purchase unrelated to their professional activity
  • Submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract. You can do it in any form, but it is best to do it in writing or use our ready form below.

How and when will the payment be refunded?

  • We refund all payments and delivery costs immediately - no later than within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal from the distance contract.
  • Possibility to change the form of payment refund after acceptance by both parties.
  • The goods should be sent to us no later than 14 days from sending your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
  • You should return the goods in their entirety, with all elements and components, the returned goods should not have any damage or permanent traces of use of the product - failure to do so may result in the seller having the right to reduce the value of the refund by the costs of restoring the goods to their condition original (e.g. when he has to buy a part of the goods that you did not return)
